Looking for a beach vacation that can accommodate multiple groups? This is the location for you! Turtle Beach is is the perfect combination of two properties that create the perfect setting for larger groups traveling together. The main property is an elevated three bedroom, 3 bathroom home with gulf views from every room and a private heated pool!
The second property is a ground level two bed and two bathroom home with a large porch with beautiful gulf views that leads directly onto the white sandy beach. As an added bonus, a heated pool and hot tub have been added in late 2023. Each property includes a full kitchen, dining, and living room.

Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

This property is in a beautiful location. Our issue is that it was not as represented in the photos. We were informed 48 hours before arrival that exterior siding was "incomplete". We arrived to a house clearly under construction. There was minimal siding on the house and a large roll-off dumpster and construction materials were in the driveway.
