Discover the perfect coastal retreat in this cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo just steps from the beach. Each bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and a smart TV for your entertainment. The living room is equipped with its own smart TV and sleeper sofa as well.
For a fun day by the shore, you'll find beach equipment, a handy beach cart, and even a paddle board in the storage unit available for guest use. A washer and dryer are included for your convenience. The condo's convenient location is just a stone's throw from the trolley stop and walking distance to nearby shops and restaurants. After your beach adventures, relax by the heated shared pool, fire up the grill, and enjoy the Florida sun. This condo has all the essentials for a fantastic beachside getaway!

Parking is limited to two vehicles.
The Palms is a one week minimum rental.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I had an amazing week at Holmes Beach on AMI. The rental property was in a perfect location and walking distance to beautiful white sand beaches and restaurants. The property was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our vacation to include a beach wagon and chairs. In addition, we enjoyed the pool after a day at the beach. I would highly recommend this place and we would definitely love to return again in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second year that we stayed in The Palms #1. Last year we were here for 8 weeks. The unit is very clean and very well equipped. Any problem we had (very few) were immediately addressed. The location was perfect and there was lots to do. It was great!!!!
