"This property was in a good position for my purposes. Close to the Carnegie shopping area and not too far from Chadstone. 10-15 minute walk to the first area. There is also a public phone a couple blocks away and it is free to use. Helpful if your overseas data plan makes local calls difficult. This property has no local line. The place is accessed from a secure garage via stairs. There is no elevator. The garage has its own traffic light to insure safe to'ing and fro'ing of vehicles down the...
