He then continued to tell us we must have brought them or our dog had them. What dog??? We had no dog in the hotel.. and you just showed us a sheet and told us about how you sprayed today for them so that tells me there was a problem. The guy kept wanting to put us in a new room. Nop no way we left. I was refused to get my money back when I asked."
