The cottage itself was very nice and well equipped, and we had a wonderful time in North Norfolk. The lack of normal TV channels (without signing-in to apps) and the steep stairs upstairs weren't ideal, but I've deducted the stars for the (lack of) parking. The listing clearly says 'parking available' which usually means a parking space at the property. However, when the welcome e-mail arrived the parking is actually a 5 minute walk away in a public car park and costs 8.70 per day. I went back and checked the listing in case I had made a mistake, but it still said 'parking available', but in the small print it just says 'two public car parks nearby' with no mention of costs, or clearly stating that there is no parking anywhere near the property. So, in summary I would have given it 4 or 5 stars, but only gave three because I felt misled about the availability and cost of parking.
