"We have stayed there twice, already planning our third visit. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, pleasant. Ocean view was amazing. My only negative statement would be, it does not make sense having parents’ breakfast included, but paying for kids for buffet breakfast (would be better if breakfast was included for whole party)"

I would sincerely recommend staying with a Fairmont Gould, as there was an amazing breakfast, great staff, own concierge, nicer floor.. the food options for breakfast or actually a great money saver with really high-quality food versus going to the restaurants.

"I am truthfully disappointed with our stay. The resort is nice but the service is mediocre. The worse part of our stay was finding out that the hotel is infested with roaches !!! Yes you read this right ! We were on our third day when I decided to make my self a coffee as I had done the previous two days , when I lifted the door to the water dispenser there it was!!! Crawling all over the place !!! I am disgusted by roaches but to know that I had been drinking coffee out of a roach infested...
