My truck was covered in concrete dust, but this was no fault of the place I rented, just my usual luck. "

I had booked 2 months in advance (and paid) but got notice 3 hours before checking in ( was in a plane heading there) that “sorry” but could not take me that they would honor a cancellation like they were doing me a favor.
