"The hotel is dated and it shows. They have underground parking which takes your vehicle off the street but is not secure. Location is excellent as you are near lots of restaurants and venues downtown. This property really needs to be updated! "

"When we arrrived it was a chilly -21°F and was very pleased that there was underground parking. When we went to our room and opened the door it was a brisk 50°F! I think they knew what room they were going to give us as we booked it earlier in the day and arrived about 9pm. The room could have been prewarmed a little bit. We turned the heat up to 70°F and had to sleep fully clothed as there was no extra blankets. By 5am the room was still only at 68°F and never reached 70°. We checked out at 5:30am and decided the heated seats in our car and a gas station coffee would be better than waiting for the free breakfsat at 6am."

A employee (i believe the owner)came knocking on my door early the next morning telling me i need to pay when the money had already been taken off when i booked the place which i had to argue and prove that it had been payed. The heater in the room would not stop clicking loudly all night. I would never stay there again i would rather sleep in my vehicle"

"We were visiting family for christmas. The house was perfect for what we needed and the location was close to everything and in a really quiet neighborhood. It was very well maintained. For summer stays I would like to see a little more outdoor living space but there is plenty of room on the property to make that happen. We would absolutely stay here again."
