"Probably was misleading about amenities! I signed up for a swimming pool which is picture and made to look indoor but in actually was an outdoor pool that was closed. The beds were broken and slanted in the rooms. Bathroom was smelling really bad as if it was just used before we came in. The worst place I've ever stayed in I felt embarrassed that I had my children with me"

"People running up and down the hallway and yelling at 3:00am"

"Clean room. Full shampoo bottle but emptied hair conditioner bottle. Bed pillows were uncomfortable. Loud noise out in the hallway and running heard in the room above. Close (front and side) parking spots filled up fast in the evening. Back parking was dimly lite."

"The door didn’t lock, the shower curtain didn’t close, they were out of towels, the blankets were stained and dirty looking, there’s no where to park. The pictures on line are very misleading."

"Check in was super easy and so convenient for the airport. The parking lot was very well lit and felt secure. The room was a good size and clean. The bed was so comfortable! I really appreciated the shuttle to the airport as well."
