"Stayed 3 times now. Great hotel. Food OK, and rooms are excellent. Location was handy for me, but required an Uber to get to city center. I’ve already booked my 4th stay."

Buffet breakfast was quite good however no options for other items such as poached or scrambled eggs. Decaff tea bags in short supply. The location was right by Lime St Station and it was easy to access most areas of Liverpool by foot from the hotel."

Unfortunately the thermostat in my room didn’t work, I reported it in the morning during check-out and the receptionist was lovely, didn’t charge me for parking and was very apologetic. I would stay again!"
