"The apt itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as expected. We had a great visit. I did have some ??s when checking in. I didnt expect to have to haul luggage up multiple flights of stairs. No elevator is available and posting didnt note the floor level. The apt numbers are not in order as you climb the stairs which was a minor point of confusion as we climbed. "The first room they gave me still had someone's belongings in there. I assume they gave me someone else's room. They quickly resolved this issue, and the second room was clearly not fully ready to stay in. There were boxes of screws, and the boxes for the alarm system still in the room. The kitchen didn't seem to be fully equiped, and there was no sponge, soap, dishwasher tabs or drying towel. The bedding felt cheap and cold. The cables hanging directly above the bed for the bed lights made it...
