"Moving house and into the area and really wanted a kitchen, what I booked. The Studio room came with a microwave and a fridge…that’s not a kitchen in my book. Also, I made a mistake with my reservation dates and sent a message to the property minutes after I booked and realized my mistake, never heard back and had to to pay the night I wasn’t there."
