It’s just down the road from Peppa Pig theme park, Legoland, and Bok Tower Gardens. Walking distance to the lake and playgrounds! The house is historic on the outside but newly renovated on the inside! "We were in town to see two of our kids and run a race at Disney. Julie (host) was a great communicator. Place was clean and ready for us. A few project they are working on as they update, but all small cosmetic things. Kitchen was great. WiFi worked well. Back yard is fenced in but some parts pare overgrown. Good for dogs. Parking was very good. Location is convenient to lots of Lakeland and the majors roads. We really enjoyed our stay. "
