It would be helpful to have more clearly labeled breakfast items for guests with allergies or dietary restrictions. The staff tried to check ingredient information when asked, which I appreciated. There was some cross contamination since the potatoes and ham were served on the same heated plate. Adding vegan spreads or yogurt, and listing ingredients for bagels and bread, would make breakfast more inclusive."
