"We had a wonderful time. Being in a top floor, we had vaulted ceilings, spacious two bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms. A large fully equipped kitchen. W/D, fireplace, deep tubs…it was so nice. Our east side view also gave us the wonderful AM sunlight streaming thru our bedrooms in the morning. I would recommend doing spot cleaning for the couches and carpets. We also were almost back broken due to the stiff mattresses. Few issues that we made work: jacuzzi was out of order during the visit, fire...

"This is a one-of-a-kind property. The views are spectacular, everyone was very comfortable as there is a lot of space, and it feels very private. The drive to South Lake Tahoe where all the stores and restaurants are is short and pretty. Last second there was an issue with some amenities that was out of the owner's control but they handled it promptly and professionally. I would definitely recommend the house and would come back for an another family trip."

"It was difficult to go inside because the view was so compelling! We were 7 adults and 2 small kids and had plenty of rooms and plenty of room to be together. The kitchen had everything we needed and seats for everyone. Location ideal. The house did have two room air conditioners but it was tough to keep all parts of that large house cool. We had record heat during our stay in July so that was part of it. Overall great for a family visiting Lake Tahoe."

We even had an issue with another property we had rented very nearby and were not sure the unit would be safe for us to stay in due to a gas leak. Camila responded to my request for help if the safety issue wasn't resolved and made this unit available to us on short notice and I'm incredibly grateful for the piece of mind she gave...

We stayed in the master bedroom on the 2nd floor but there were multiple rooms in the house. The downstairs is fairly small so I’m glad it was just he and I. "It was a beautiful place. Listing was very closed as listed. Beautiful view to the lake. Hot tub and pool was nice and heated on the cold snow season. However, we did encounter a few issues. One Stove handle was broken, we were a group of 12 and there wasn’t enough towels. No blender, no Roku or smart tv, internet was slow. The door knob on the first bedroom doesn’t lock for privacy. The first floor restroom toilet was too closed to the door. Also, and additional parking lot should be provided...

"This home was perfect for our family retreat with two couples. It would have been equally comfortable with a third couple with the three bedroom/three bath layout. It was exactly as we had hoped being located lakeside with a gas barbecue, chairs and a firepit. The property management company was helpful and attentive as we had a couple minor issues with little black ants a few minor maintenance items.
