Homosassa Waterfront with boat dock deep-water canal

Charming Mason Creek 3/2 Waterfront home on deep-water canal leading out to the Homosassa River. The home offers amazing views and is perfect for scalloping, fishing, kayaking, manatee viewing and pretty much anything you can do in the water! It is common for Dolphins, Manatees and Mullet to swim by the dock. Fish or just relax out by the dock. Boat dock can hold up to two mid-size boats if tied together side by side.
Features: New modern kitchen, Porcelain wood inspired flooring throughout. Great room /Split bedroom plan, the master bedroom has new king size bed, walk-in closet and a full master bath. the second bedroom has a queen size bed with window to water views. The 3rd bedroom is furnished with a new double bed and a single bed. Large 2 car garage and drive way. Large property with plenty of room to park your boat trailer. This dog-friendly waterfront home is centrally located on a quiet road. Nearby are many restaurants and public boat ramp just a short drive way or just take the boat for a 5 to 10-minute boat ride to the freezer restaurant and Macrae’s the shed.
Recreational amenities include 2 kayaks, fishing poles, board games, 55-inch smart TV, cable, internet Wi-Fi, and a propane gas grill.

We had a great time. The property was beautiful and centrally located to the main channel. It was close to the boat ramp and we were able to dock our boat behind the house. Definitely a must stay place!!

Tony is a great host and we always enjoy our time here! The house is perfect for families and scalloping. Great grilling area and cleaning station, and close to restaurants and the springs. We’re looking forward to next year!

This is our 4th year to stay here. Always a wonderful time. Host is very responsive, the house has everything we need. Sitting on the dock after kayaking is heavenly. Seeing all the wildlife and hearing the sounds of nature… doesn’t get any better! This place is our escape!

Best River House!

This is your third year renting this house on the river for our annual scalloping trip. Tony is an amazing host and has the house fully stocked for anything you may need! The house is conveniently located on the river and we have no problems with a deep hull boat making it to this property. We have already booked our stay here for next year!

Relaxing with Family

This was a perfect property for us. Close to family so we were able to host lots of dinners at the large dining table and the open floor plan allowed us to chat while preparing. The fenced back yard was great. My husband took advantage of the easy kayaking access both at the property and at nearby access points. Host was great. I’m hoping we get to stay again next year.

An awesome, quiet, relaxing get-away!!

This property was awesome! The house is clean, well laid out. It is in a very quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. They have a great dock on a canal, so fun to sit and listen to the birds, watch the fish and blue crabs in the water, or take the kayaks out for peaceful ride in the channel or out on Homosassa river. It was fun to see the Manatees swimming in the river and watching the monkeys on monkey island. It was great 6 week get away and we look forward to returning next year!! Tony is a great host, easy to work with!! Highly recommend this property!

Great location and best host!! Scalloping, fishing & boating trip

This is our 4th year staying in this home for scalloping and we absolutely love it! We won’t stay anywhere else. Tony is very accommodative and responsive, and provides a very comfortable and well stocked home for his guests. The home is centrally located, so it is quick out of the river for scalloping and quick up to the springs, which makes everything much more convenient. We bring our small dog and she loves the fenced backyard, and we don’t have to worry about her wandering off. :) I highly recommend this property. We are already booked for next year!

The BEST for Family & Pets!!

This was the most amazing location for our last-minute getaway. We docked our boat (small boat, but larger boats would do well... it is a deep channel - we were there for spring break). And we brought our dog - he LOVED the fenced-back yard :) Our hosts were wonderful and helped us find great restaurants & things to do...but we honestly spent most of our time on the water. And we saw a mama & baby manatee!! Just a lovely home with all the right stuff for a great vacation. Highly recommend!

Great Stay...Again!

We had a great time scalloping at Tony's River Daze for the 6th year! Tony is an amazing host and is always available for any issues. The house is comfortable, convenient to the river and the springs and is well stocked with everything we need. We have already booked for next year!
