2-story river retreat with your own dock in "Old Homosassa". This is a fabulous location to relax and unwind. Short 15-20 minute boat ride to the Gulf of Mexico or to the famous Homosassa Springs. Great establishments like The Freezer, McRae's and Yardarm located just a short distance away.

The lower level has full size laundry room, a full bathroom with shower and large bedroom with two twin beds and one queen size bed. Upstairs has spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms both with queen size beds, full bathroom with tub. Covered carport. Central air & heat. Brighthouse TV and high speed internet.

Fun and relaxing

The property is located in a great spot, we docked our boat out front on the canal and was only a 10 minute ride to the river. The house was clean and roomy, all of us enjoyed it.

The house was just perfect for us. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes. We would definitely stay here again. Great communication with the owners. Easy access to get in. It’s right on the river. You won’t regret staying here !!

Great Place!

We have stayed in this location multiple years in a row and it never disappoints. The house is always ready and clean when we arrive, the host is responsive and accommodating. The house is in a great location, golf cart ride to all the restaurants and boat ramp. The dock more than accommodates our boat and is a great feature. Short ride to the river out of the canal, great middle ground from the bay for scallops or to the Springs passing Monkey Island. Worth the stay every year!

Home is a perfect get away. The house was very clean and had everything we needed! House is close to restaurants and boat ramp. The boat dock was perfect for our 21ft boat. Definitely recommend this home!

Always a great place to stay

This is our 4th year in a row, staying here. Owners are great. Everything is always set up perfect. Right on a deep canal with easy access to the Freezer, Crumps, Springs and the Gulf. The dock and canal can handle a 28 ft boat with ease.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect to multiple restaurants and our family who live in the area. Property owner was easy to communicate with. The house was clean! Could use some updating and outside lighting but no real issues at all!

Perfect Accommodations

Perfect accommodations 15 minutes to Gulf 15 minutes to the spring deep water canal perfect boat access. Great outdoor grilling area shaded all day. All the comforts of home and pet friendly.Easy access to town second year in a row for us and we will be back next year. Thank you for another great river experience.

The Perfect Peaceful Retreat

Our Place

We book this place each year because we love the location, the amenities and the property manager is very accommodating! We enjoy the small town local feel of the neighborhood and look forward to our week each year. The house is clean, tidy and accommodates our group with ease. We love the fact that we don't have to put our boat in and out each day, just walk to the dock and hop in!
