"Property wasn't clean when we arrived. It was taken care of promptly. Grass had not been cut in a while. Plenty of towels and wash clothes. No dish soap. Back sliding door does not lock. Didn't find instructions for garbage until night before we left. It said separate for recycling but we had already put it out. "Have stayed in other properties in this gated community. Location is perfect for fishing the flats and swimming in the springs. The negatives are… no outside fish cleaning station, community landscaping is not kept up, lots of construction going on. Inside the home the furniture in living room was so uncomfortable.had a few items that need to be fixed door hinges, light bulbs were out in living room. " Outside pool furniture needs to be replaced . Inside had sugar ants. The house was well stocked with kitchen items. Need to add 1-2 baking sheets. A.C. worked well! Loved the state park with the spring and monkeys. The house has plenty of space. Nice quiet area. Ate at Glory Days and it was delicious 😋 and reasonably priced."
