"The staff is kind, warm, efficient, and professional! Due to renovations, they upgraded us for free to a much nicer room. And due to a hurricane, they ended up refunding us most of our stay since leaving was out of our control. Though the hotel itself is a bit dated in certain areas, it's absolutely gorgeous, in a fantastic location, has comfortable beds + solid amenities, and has spectacular views, as it sits right on the beach."

"I reserved a n oceanfront room and after traveling 6,000 miles we were put in a room with partial view of the ocean. This was very upsetting especially because I paid extra. We met two other people who had the same exact experience and they come annually. It would have been a perfect experience if the room was full oceanfront. We were told “ocean view” is not “oceanfront so I’d call several times to be sure."
