"First thing I checked in and I had ocean front room and instead they gave me 2 floor room that the view was the first floor roof , I went to guest service and they did not help me at all , I had to request a manager to show them the view of the room I booked and the one they gave me , she then proceeded to help me and gave me the one I purchased, her name was Mailie , the beach in front of the hotel is used by locals and anyone , there is not exclusively like they show on pics here ,I fine to stay here but is way overpriced "

"All the furnitures in the room are very aging and staff are not very professional as check-in is required to go to 2 different places and handled by different people which is fine, but kept trying to promote their other paid services or tours is not bringing a good experience."

"Great stay. A couple of their hot tubs were down but there are 6 on the property so not the biggest deal but definitely inconvenient. "

"I cannot begin to explain the EXCEPTIONAL service, amenities, accommodations and experience at this resort. We fell in love with Hualalai and will 1000% be returning. I came here with my husband for my 50th birthday and was treated with such kindness. The staff here are above and beyond and honestly, as a frequent Marriott Ambassador Elite traveler, I have to say that Marriott’s higher end brands need to step it up to match the class, ease, and care that Four Seasons has shown us. Look no further if you are deciding on which Hawaii island to visit. We are looking at property here already if that tells you anything! "Beautiful location and very quiet…great for relaxing!"

"The condo was very nice and clean; with all you needed to enjoy the stay. The only issue we had was that the toilet had a leak at the base and caused the bathroom floor to be wet. We did let the office know but it was not fixed by the time we had to leave. We solved the problem by wrapping a beach towel around the base on the toilet."
