"Lesson learned - Don't book a stay with a property that doesn't have a single person on-site or on-call to help. By the time we arrived our check-in email from the Guesthouse still had not arrived in our email inbox. This email is the only way in to your room, as it holds the lockbox code which holds your key. Terrific Location

"We had a speedy checkin with welcoming reception staff. The hotel location was ideal for our short stay in Interlaken. The room was basic but comfortable and clean. Although the rooms are not air-conditioned we appreciated the provision of a fan in the room. We're happy to recommend based on our experience. "

"Very nice quiet location it at the same time close to everything. The river view room was much smaller than we expected but excellent view. We even watched people jumping off the bridge. The self laundry facility was an added bonus. But the staff are not quite familiar with buses allowed on the guest card. We were kicked off 106 and told 102-104 are the only valid buses. Something to be verified before j make plans."
