"It is a great place to stay. My only "complaint" would be the Murphy bed mattress was just a mattress topper. It was not comfortable at all as you could feel the board when you laid on it. No mattress or box spring at all. We had a California king which was really nice so we just shared a bed. I suggest investing on new mattress for the Murphy bed. The toilet kept clogging throughout our stay( even with just number 1) but the staff was able to fix it in a timely manner. We had to use the public bathroom on the resort a few times.Breakfast was included and it was really good. There was plenty to select from for picky eaters. The resort side was really good, workers were efficient and friendly. Now, the restaurant/ bar side is owned by a different person. Please keep that in mind owner was very nice and food was good. However, the staff ( except for Walter, he was amazing and made it worth it) was not too enthusiastic. They all looked like they hated their jobs (especially the female staff). And they were not too enthusiastic in helping us We felt like we were bothering them and we are not a loud or demanding group. We are super chill. We had a water taxi vendor ( Harris) help set up a taxi and he kept trying to hang with us He kept putting his beer and food on our tab without our permission. The bar staff did not have our permission for this but we didn't want to cause a scene so we paid the 130.00usd tab. I felt like this is something they do often so watch your tab."

"I just had two issues: 1) Even after doing the pre-checking in their website. I still had to wait like half hour at arrival to do the "checking". 2) The guard didn't let us exit from the normal main exit even though there wasn't any line nor congested. Evertyhing else was really good."

"Lo que no me gustó fue el ruido durante el fin de semana. El viernes llegué tarde y, por el cansancio, la música del área social no afectó mucho mi sueño, aunque sí se escuchaba. Sin embargo, el sábado la situación fue diferente: la música y el ruido provenientes del área de la piscina eran bastante fuertes, al punto de que desde mi habitación podía escuchar claramente hasta la letra de las canciones. Mi habitación estaba en el piso 9, con vista hacia la piscina, donde se realizaba la fiesta. A la 1:45 a. m., debido al ruido, llamé al front desk para reportarlo. El personal me comentó que era la primera llamada que recibían por ese motivo, lo que me hizo pensar que quizás era de los pocos huéspedes que no estaban participando en la fiesta. Muy amablemente me ofrecieron cambiarme de habitación y me indicaron que la música terminaría a las 2:00 a. m. También me dijeron que llamarían al área para solicitar que moderaran el volumen, aunque realmente no percibí ningún cambio. Decidí no cambiarme porque era mi última noche y, después de haber soportado el ruido durante varias horas, podía esperar los 15 minutos restantes. Efectivamente, a las 2:00 a. m. terminó la música y pude dormir. En general, el hotel me gustó y agradezco mucho la disposición del personal para ofrecerme otra habitación. Mi única observación es que las habitaciones con vista a la piscina reciben bastante eco y sonido cuando hay música fuerte, especialmente los fines de semana. Creo que es un aspecto de mejora."

"Great location, very close to the beach! Everything was clean, and the staff was always kind, friendly, and welcoming. If you’re interested in practicing freediving, the reef is only about a 5-minute walk away, which was perfect for us. As a vegan, I would have loved to see more plant-based protein options, but there was still a good variety of salads and fresh fruit to choose from. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back."
