"The front desk staff was helpful at check in and staff during the breakfast were helpful. However, if you’re not there to answer when housekeeping comes by they don’t clean your room. We had bumped into housekeeping and requested at the front desk our towels be refreshed. Housekeeping had no towels with them and the front desk informed us we’d have to wait until housekeeping came through the next day. If you value your sleep I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Multiple nights there were people with TVs blaring, people running and shouting down the halls, or multiple cops on the premises."

"Staff cancelled our rooms while we were in transit on our trip. Front desk stated that we were the last ones to make reservations. Cancellations were done via email. No apologies or attempts to find another space."
