"Muy bonito y tranquilo el lugar. En cuanto a la habitacion, estaba ordenada, el piso no estaba del todo limpio pues se me salió agua de la bañera hacia el cuarto. Utilizé una toalla de las que habían en el baño para secar y quedó bien sucia (BTW, la lavé). Deben darle un poco de atencion al baño. El espejo tenia el marco roto y eso puede ser peligroso si se cae. No habian suficiente toallas, eramos tres y solo habian dos toallas (tuve que buscarlas). Los envases de Hand & body wash estaban vacios (tuve que buscar). Estuve alli 5 dias y nunca limpiaron la habitacon."

"The hotel is quite new & the lakefront property is beautiful. Room was very clean & quiet. Bed was super comfy. The Cove had delicious food, especially the meatball appetizer. Only complaint was they needed more help. We went back for dessert and the bartender ended up waiting on us. He was very sweet. Otherwise we would’ve waited forever. Then the next morning, when attempting to go in for breakfast, we were ignored for a long time while trying to check in. We ended up going elsewhere."

"We stayed locally for 2 days while our bathroom was remodeled. The price rate was exceptional and location was convenient off the expressway. The room was clean and maintained. A few holes in the walls but they look recent. The staff was amazing and very welcoming. Pool was good but was closed for a brief period, probably to clean it. Parking was difficult due to paving being done but that shows they are maintaining the property which i can respect. Breakfast was good and selection was pretty decent. Overall my family of 4 had a good stay and will likely come back even if just to beat the heat and enjoy the pool."
