"The room was clean, but the mini fridge was left unplugged and someone left food in it so it continued to make the room smell horrible. We had to wait a while at the front desk, because the lady was outside and didn’t hear the bell ring multiple times. Didn’t like that the door was a key. So if there’s more than one person staying and someone left and the other stayed, the other was locked in basically. "Staff are brilliant & very accommodating. I had a lovely lady make me two soya milk coffees in the buffet breakfast - she anticipated every need! Only downside is the driveways are steep - not suitable for low cars. Parking can also be chaotic (this is partly due to other guests). "
