The only thing I would suggest is replacing the pull out couch as the one the host currently has is quite small and would hardly fit an adult. "I would agree with other review. Bunkbeds make noise. Slept on couch. Its well water, and has an odor. But adds to the cottage feel. The deck and BBQ is excellent. Peaceful here, water view. Its a good price for what you get. Considering coming back next year."
