"We had another wonderful stay! We love this property! Last time we stayed in the smaller 2 bedroom apartment and this time we rented the main 4 bedroom home. Cleanliness was top notch, lots of thoughtful touches such as farm fresh eggs and a few snacks. Easy communication with owners! Highly recommend!"

"This house is so cute! It's been renovated but still has its original charm. Beautiful spacious kitchen, and plenty of bedrooms for everyone. Low traffic area, and only about 10/15 minutes from Logan (we were there on a Sunday, everything in Smithfield was closed). Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends!"

"We rented the Bear Springs Retreat as a central gathering place for our daughter's graduation from Utah State. The property and location were amazing and checked all the boxes. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone, plus all the activities you could hope for for kids and adults alike. Tons of space and amenities! Everyone in our group loved this place!! Mountain views from every angle and you are far enough outside of town to enjoy the natural beauty of the surrounding area."

"House is in an older neighborhood. It was quiet and appeared to be safe. Good dining option and a grocery were very close. Welcome fruit basket and some K-cups was a nice touch. A drip coffee maker would have been useful for multi-cup drinkers. A garage door remote would have made using the garage easier."

"We had a great time at the Rustic Bungalow Barn! Everything was well stocked, clean, the area was nice, bed was comfortable, and having the pancake/waffle mix included was a bonus! It’s fun to see the mountains out the window."
