It surely was one of the most clean hotel that I've stayed in Hong Kong. All staffs were nice and the room condition was in a good shape. Also the room was bigger than other hotels that I've stayed.

Great location, value for money

Located near the subway, buses to airport, ding ding, restaurants and shopping. You can't find much better for the price. The rooms are ok in size, pretty new but not top notch, the beds are hard but still comfy and the staff was fantastic. Hotels in Hong Kong is expensive, so if you don't wanna spend your whole budget on the hotel, then this is the place to stay!

This hotel is a really nice hotel with very spacious and well equipped rooms, but one of my bath towels was dirty so I've scored it down for that. The breakfast isn't very good as it's pretty much just bread or bread rolls, but there is fresh orange juice. The lifts do take a while as other reviews have mentioned, but as long as you take that into account if you need to leave at a certain time, it's fine.

The staff are good specially the front desk attendant Leslie was very helpful and nice, Everything is up to my standard, cleanliness and convenience my only issue is the smell but I understand that this is beyond the hotels control since there’s fish stores right next to it

1. This property is just around the corner of another iclub property. My party made the mistake of going to the wrong one as the names were similar. 2. Found a hair in their fresh towel. 3. 2 lifts serving 36 floors, I.e can be crowded at times. 4. There’s a limit (3) of the number of devices that can be connected to the Wi-Fi, so be warned if you have multiple pax in a room with multiple devices.

We had a wonderful family trip to this hotel with our adult children and teenager. We chose one of the spacious rooms, which was actually three rooms connected. Everyone was comfortable and had three bathrooms. The hotel provided basic breakfast, but some of us sometimes complemented it with a Starbucks at the corner of the street. It’s conveniently located near the tramway, bus stop, and Sheung Wan metro station. Laundry machines are available. The friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place.
