Good location. Room is a bit small but neat and tidy. I found the bed a bit hard but this is just my personal preference. Overall, it is a good hotel if you are travelling on a budget.

When I requested late check out at the time I made booking, however the reply from the hotel is on a charge basis. Very disappointed. When I check in the hotel when I asked the reception male staff about the rigid late check out arrangement, his reply is no. I said to him about my disappointment of a 4-star hotel! He replied that nothing to do with star. I said to him, if the occupancy is not full, late check out for 1-1 hrs will be arranged for guest, especially as a 4 or 5 star hotel. He then said will arranged late out for 1 hr until 1 pm!!!!! It’s not a customer centric hotel and his attitude is not good too!
