The market town of Honiton is within 4 miles and is well known for its many antique shops. Exeter is a 30-minute drive away. The Jurassic Coast is also within a short drive, taking in Beer, Branscombe and Sidmouth. Enjoy fine countryside and walks right from the doorstep, follow the coastal path, or explore the wilds of Dartmoor and Exmoor. Several historic houses, castles and gardens nearby, including some fine National Trust properties such as Killerton House and Knightshayes Court.
