"We didn’t use the laundry facilities but loved the shower in the bathroom. The rooms were very clean the kitchen was fit for purpose. The setting although very modern still very had the cottage deco.Peaceful environment and the breeze was just perfection."

"In the middle of no where, where you can be as noisy as you like (if you like)! We were a party of 11 (3 couldn't make it in the end) It was a family gathering as we had our son & girlfriend over from New Zealand. It was the best thing we did & the best place! The pool is amazing, clean & I thought warm! The hot tub also amazing a top of the turret with amazing views. The property is very quirky with some very large bedrooms & some not so but with plenty of space for everything. When we were all together it was in the kitchen round a huge wonderful table or outside. There is open space to play rounders & at night we even played 'man hunt'Georgina & Mark bent over backwards to help with anything we needed - they did say 'just ask! There was a little communication problem before our trip, but this was soon sorted when I called. You could (& we did) walk to a pub cross country - Kings Arms, Stockland. We had 3 dogs with us (working Cocker Spaniels) who loved it & slept well at night!!Overall a fabulous stay - we would go back!Highly recommend the Folly (especially in the summer)!"

Cosy cottage with large garden in gorgeous rural setting.

"A wonderful property for a family escape set in beautiful countryside. The cottage was fantastically equipped and spotlessly clean. The games room, sunken trampoline and garden were a huge hit with the kids. The patio and its views, for breakfast and dinner were such a delight. Tracey was so helpful as a host with great recommendations."

10/10 Excellent

"We had a great week at Farwood Barton cottages, the cottage itself is lovely with lots of space inside and a huge area outside. The view from the patio is amazing and there are two sets of tables to use depending on where you are.The cottage is really well equipped with lots of crockery and cookware making it really easy to eat at home if you want to. All the bedrooms are very comfortable with two really helping, there's also plenty of parking outside. The games barn onsite is great, we played table tennis quite a bit in the evenings. Inside the cottage there a good TV, DVD player and lots of board games and puzzles to keep everyone entertained. We'd definitely recommend staying here."

The Old Shippon at Bucknole Farm is a charming stone and slate barn conversion

10/10 Excellent

"Fantastic, peaceful location. The Old Shippon was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Regular visits from Rio the dog were a huge bonus for our children. Highly recommended!"

Contemporary barn in the East Devon countryside, close to the coast.

10/10 Excellent

"Our stay at Buckhouse Farm was excellent. The property is lovely and very well maintained as well as the surrounding grounds. As hosts, Deborah and Anthony are great and very helpful. The pool is a lovely bonus. The views from the property, overlooking the fields is amazing. The single lane drive to the property for the last ten minutes of the journey is not for nervous drivers, but the locals are very accommodating with passing points. It was well worth it."
