"The hotel is about 7 - 10 minutes walk from the Nagoya train station. The lobby is on the second floor (in American convention), via lift. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and there's amenity kits available in the lobby. Every floor has a water dispenser, while there's a free and good coffee (and tea) making machine in the lobby. Staff can keep your luggage if you arrive before the check-in time of 3 pm. I did find a money changer machine in the lobby, but it didn't accept my SGD for some reason. Hotel is very close to lots of restaurants and shopping (much of them are underground in the Uni Mall area, and there's an Ichiran Ramen that's opens 24hrs close by as well). Hotel room is small but very well maintained and very clean. All in all, a fabulous stay for business or solo travellers."
