"The service which the hotel provided was very good. But the location where the hotel situated was inconvenient. I loved the bathroom at first floor."

"Great hotel with a lovely Italian restaurant"

"A little out of the way, but very quiet. Going up to the Terraces is nicer than the area around the station."

"This hotel is a perfect place to have vacation. Perfect service, perfect food, and perfect room. "

"comfortable accommodation for family vacation with 4 person. "

"Clean, Nice view, Special & Interesting living experience "

"friendly staff, quiet and tranquil environment, room is very new and clean "

"En route to Kusatsu this was a great stay. Parking included. Clean rooms. Private onsen. Highly suggest the local eatery Kei's which is only 5 minutes away by car and open late. Great stay!"

"Very charming hotel."

"The hotel facility is very old like last century. The bath was not maintained clean given the high hotel paid. Not much amenities can be used but the only thing is nature appreciation if you are in that category. Overall it’s not worth the money."

"We loved our stay here. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, and the room was beautiful. The entire hotel maintains a sort of romantic vintage feeling but has completely updated bathrooms and every sort of modern amenity one could need. I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Karuizawa. "

"Unbelievable service, excellent rooms. Everything was the utmost highest level in all facets."

"The room is very clean and cozy, and the breakfast is really good too."

"Very nice hotel which is close to all the sightseeing places"

"Good for a short stay."
