"Highly recommend if you’re visiting, plenty of things to do nearby and the train station is close by to easily be able to get around. Staff is super helpful and made the process smooth 5/5 stars."

Hotel Forza Osaka Namba Dotonbori

"Look, I'm not gonna lie. When it comes to location, this place is all Aces! Right in the middle of Dotonbori street is a pretty great place to be, if you don't mind stepping out into the chaos of that street. Lots of restaurants, shops, and arcades nearby. That being said, there are some things to consider before you book here. 1: The room is much smaller than you expect. Certainly smaller than the photos represent. 2: There were unidentifiable stains on our carpet. We ended up putting extra towels over them, because God knows what they came from. 3: There was a sewer gas smell that kept appearing in our bathroom, despite us having the fan on. 4: The laundry situation... Look, if the hotel is anywhere near capacity, good luck being able to do your laundry on site. They only have 3 very small washing machines for this huge hotel. They also don't clean the machines very often, from what I could tell. I'm not going to beat a dead horse here. I've certainly stayed in much worse. It's not a bad hotel. It's just not a great one. If location is the most important thing to you, then feel free to book this hotel for your stay."

The Royal Park Hotel Iconic Osaka Midosuji

10/10 Excellent

"Best value for money. It takes a short walk to the subway station (Midosuji Line). If you are feeling adventurous, just walk straight from the hotel all the way the way to Dotonbori (Approximately 2km walk). Room’s are spacious and most importantly, you can place your luggages at the mini hallway inside your room."

HOTEL UNIVERSAL PORT

10/10 Excellent

"We just stayed for 1 night. We’re getting the Panstar cruise the following day. We went to Universal walk, took pictures & grabbed something to eat. We had a wonderful & restful night. The breakfast buffet the following day was plentiful, wide variety to choose from. Thank you Universal port hotel."

Hotel Monterey Le Frere Osaka

10/10 Excellent

"The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The hotel was well situated to metro stations and shopping and there were abundant restaurants and cafes within walking distance. My only concern is with the bathroom shower curtain; it smelled moldy and should nee see washed or replaced."
