"This is an excellent hotel for people travelling around Japan. The facilities are excellent - the welcome lounge open between 2 & 10pm has an excellent range of complimentary drinks with some nice snacks (namely pancakes, nuts, dried fruit, olives, cheese etc). Meanwhile the laundry lounge which is also free of charge is an excellent place to get some holiday washing done and sorted with a ‘vac pack’ machine for those trying to cram more into their suitcase.
Staff were excellent and friendly. I cannot recommend the breakfast highly enough which had so much choice it was difficult to choose from. We had transferred luggage to this hotel using the Japanese luggage transfer service and it was all ready for us to collect when we arrived which as UK travellers unaccustomed to such things we were delighted with.
Finally, being in the Namba area, this hotel is excellently situated. For food, for Universal Studios, for exploring the fantastic undercover markets. If we visit Osaka again, this hotel will be at the top of our list!"
