The space was large enough to accommodate our group of 5, yet cozy enough to come together.The showers were amazing, beds comfortable and the view is insane. My family and I enjoyed the pool and private beach every day...and we were able to snorkel with the turtles. Parking was always available, and the property is not overcrowded.Randy was very responsive and allowed us to check in early. "We had such a relaxing time at Hale kai. We even tried extending our trip an extra day! We watched the sea turtles swim every time our children were in the swimming pool, had a seal napping on the beach that we could see from the lanai, and saw beautiful sunsets each night! The condo was spacious and welcoming, and we loved sleeping with the windows open and listening to the waves. If we ever get the opportunity to travel to Maui again, I would love to stay there!"

"Very comfortable, except the no A/C. Very clean complex - and friendly. Quick response to any calls. Noise level at night was a bit high, but adjusted quickly. Laundry nicely accessible. Crashing waves covered most of it. :)Loved the "local" turtles. Snorkeling on the beach was great. Lots of sweet fish as well. Although we didn't use the grill, it was wonderfully clean. Would have appreciated knowing this condo started on the second floor as photo led us to believe it was a ground floor unit. Plenty of local eateries available too."
