"Spotless, quiet and beautiful "

"We really enjoyed our stay. There was 5 of us with plenty of room to spread out and have our own space While there really isn’t a beach, the pool and hot tub made up for it. Plus it was a great jumping off point to explore the entire island. We had to make a change to our initial reservation due to a medical issue and the owners couldn’t have been more accommodating. There’s food, drink, cinnamon buns!!!!, shopping all a very short walk from this location. Thanks for an amazing vacation!!!"

"Amazing place and with an incredible well stocked kitchen! Closets had plenty of beach chairs and snorkel gear. Check-in was a breeze. They have elevators and carts so that was easy. Pool and outdoor grills were lovely. Grills were always clean and there never was a line. Beautiful views of the ocean from the balcony. Plenty of bed space and there was even an extra blow up in the upstairs closet. To sit on the beach for this property you need to walk next door along the pathway but it’s literally right there. You’re also a two minute walk to the gas station mini mart, three minutes to the cinnamon rolls place and a host of other shops. Highly recommend. "

"Good 1BR apartment living for 2. About, 12 buildings (A to L) on the grounds (500 units). Kitchen is great. Don’t forget to bring your favorite coffee/tea/sugar, and shampoo, body wash, conditioner. Nice soft bed. Arrive early to find parking, daily. You can access neighboring resorts that have nice beaches (all beaches in Hawaii are public). Washer/dryer in unit was great (thank you).Communication: very prompt. "

"To set context we were a family of 23 including 12 kids ranging 14 to 1. The property is ideal for a large family. The rooms are spacious, quiet and the location makes it easy to shop for food. The description indicates beach access. While true one should know the beach is really only useable at low tide. But there is a beach park a couple of minutes walk down the road. The pool area isn’t in the sun so fairly cold and dark, at least at Christmas. So is the dining area. So we hardly used either. But the large dining room at the top of the building is wonderful. A couple of appliances weren’t functional. The property manager was responsive and attentive. Overall a good experience but with a little work on the property it could be even better. "
