Location & view can’t be beat!! The unit on the other hand needed maintenance. The trim in needs to be replaced or painted. The furniture is too big and some of it useless. Just because you put a chair cushion on an end table doesn’t make it a chair the de be use gor much of anything. The

Close to everything - small but efficient

My wife and I love visiting Hawaii as we both grew up and met in High School there. This small but nice apartment is in a great spot. We could walk to almost everything in Waikiki. The beach is 1/2 block away. We used to get our coffee and sit on the beach almost every morning for the 2 weeks we stayed here. We would definitely stay here again.

Compact unit in great location with awesome view at a reasonable price just a half block off a quiet area of Waikiki beach. It was great to be able to store our luggage before and after checking in and out. One issue arose but was quickly resolved in a satisfactory manner. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic views

Had a great time here. The room is small as advertised but had everything we needed. The view is amazing and its steps to Waikiki beach with lots of shops and restaurants. Close to diamond head and lots of amazing beaches with in driving distance. North shore an hour away and worth the drive up. Bed comfy place was clean.

This location was perfect for us! Easy beach access, easy on and off highway for our hikes and excursions. Close walking distance to everything we wanted in Waikiki. Birds signing in the morning, beautiful view, comfortable bed. We didn’t hear any noises from the bar below. We loved it!

Amazing location, beautiful views, wonderful staff. From the front desk to the maintenance everyone on the property had so much aloha. All of our needs were met with warm smiles. My husband and I loved this place. We especially loved are view and location. We also got to experience “Dukes on Sunday” because of our location. This place was perfect for 2. I loved the location and mostly the spectacular view!

The studio is well equipped and nice but during our stay we had in the bathroom and kitchen counter very small ants that bothered us a lot. Even if we were always cleaning with special products, they were still there. We reported that to the manager. We hope they will seriously look into it. We were there between August 7th to 15th.

Comfortable & convenient!

This unit met all our needs. We checked in with no problems & enjoyed waking up to the gorgeous view of Diamond Head & the Pacific Ocean. Sometime we enjoyed hearing the sounds of elephants & the gibbons singing across the street at the Honolulu Zoo, not to mention how fun it was to watch the flamingos sauntering around their pond from our balcony. The unit was clean & comfortable, & when we encountered a minor issue, which was our own fault, Mark quickly responded & pointed us in the right direction. We also found the bed extremely comfortable. The building is also close to the beach, breakfast (LuLu's), coffee, nightlife & public transportation. We miss Hawaii dearly & would love to stay in this unit again!

View & Location

Mark's place is in a great location at the eastern end of Waikiki across from the Honolulu Zoo, accompanying park and one block from a wonderful beach away from the crowds. It was well stocked with kitchen amenities including coffee and sugar for several days. When there was a couple items that needed attention, he was quick to remedy them. The place is a bit small, best for 1-2 people. The Murphy or wall bed could use an upgrade. Duct tape hung from the frame and the springs popped when exiting from the side. However, the bed was quite comfortable with plenty of nice pillows. I love this location in Waikiki and would return. At one point during the day I could hear an elephant trumpet and view a pod of pink flamingos from the lanai in the zoo.

The view from this property is incredible! It was easy to forget that we were on the edge of Waikiki. The sliding door was amazing to open all the way and enjoy the outside day and night. In fact we left it open most nights and things quieted down enough to hear the waves sometimes. Waking up to the sunrise and having coffee on the lani while watching the waves roll in was just fantastic. It is a small unit, but perfect for two people, and you can't beat the view. Another plus is there is a storage hold place right across the alley from the hotel! Super convenient for early arrival or late flight after check out. Bounce, at Honolulu zoo is the location to look for. It is seriously like 20 steps from the front lobby of this hotel. Communication was great from the time I booked this. I would highly recommend this for people that are looking for a place they can do their own thing and just want an awesome place to be.
