Good stay

Loved the hotel and breakfast at 410 Cafe is really great value. I didn’t know that having an Vrbo rental in a hotel I would have just one set of towels and if I need additional ones would need to pay extra. Also housekeeping is not through the hotel and would need to pay too, which I never had to when you book directly. Hotel amenities were great with pool, fitness and additional restaurants and Starbucks, besides shopping places around.

Review

Unhappy from the start with a hidden daily resort fee and check in fee (465.00 total). There was a small child (I assume) who ran back and forth all hours of the day. I attempted to contact the front desk, but the room phone didn't work. I responded in person, but same thing. In the next few days I called on my cell two more times. Again nothing improved. Almost forgot, my room had a BO smell
