It is a great location for the price and clean room. The staff is nice. parking is not ideal as you aren’t guaranteed a spot- first come first serve and you pay 35 dollars a day! The pool is small but family friendly.

this hotel is a great value compared to the expensive big name hotels in Waikiki, so i want to temper my expectations appropriately. Check in was good, and there's a convenient parking garage. The elevators are slow, but again, this isn't the Ritz. I appreciated the laundry facilities in the parking area. I spent one night here before a longer stay at the Hilton Hawaiian Village close by, and it's a great way to begin a trip, especially if you're arriving on a later flight and want to save some money.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 9-night stay at this hotel. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The location is excellent—just across from the Hilton Hawaiian Village, within walking distance of the beach, Ala Moana Center, ABC Stores, and many restaurants and attractions. We also appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including complimentary coffee available all day, a refillable water station, fresh towels provided daily, and complimentary newspapers. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Honolulu!

Good sized room with a nice balcony. Clean. Staff was friendly. Bathroom was clean but old looking with chipped bathtub and low water pressure. Main problem was extremely poor elevator service. I can’t emphasize enough that it took 5-10 minutes to get from our room on the 10th floor to the lobby. This hotel offers good value. It’s across the street from the Hawaiian village complex so easy food and shopping. With a new elevator and some cosmetic improvements I could rate it higher

The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. Was very close to all of the popular things like the Hilton and Hale Koa. The only downfall was there was only two working elevators, but overall, it was a great clean place to be.

The staff is very nice and accommodating. It was conveniently located a few minutes walk from the beach with parking for a fee available. This was my third time staying there and I have enjoyed every stay.

It was a close enough to the venue i needed to be near too. Parking is very tight. The room comes with a refrigerator and microwave which was a very awesome amenity to have. All in all we had a great experience.
