Enjoy this beautiful high level suite with a lovely ocean view! Watch the ships go by and see the reef from your lanai (balcony).

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable seating in the living room with clean laminate flooring throughout. The kitchen includes refrigerator, range, microwave, rice maker, coffee maker, and other kitchen wares.

Updated bathroom with granite countertops and tile. The vanity is separate from the toilet and shower for added privacy.

Convenient sleeping arrangements include queen and a twin bed and a sofa sleeper in the living room. The unit has a 37" wall mounted flat screen TV!

Great value

This rental was perfect for our vacation. We were looking for somwthing within walking distance to the beach/Waikiki area with a view. We had an amazing view of the shoreline and a portion of Diamond Head. Laundry room conveniently located next door to the room. It's an older room, but mostly well maintained. The showerhead fell off during our stay, but it was quickly repaired when we reported it. We enjoyed the towels and extra beach supply options. Would stay again and recommend to others as well!

Great stay

Great location, walking distance to Queens beach, nice view from apartment. Apartment was clean, had sufficient space for 4 people (2 kids) and offered some equipment for the beach which was great. Why not 5 stars: Sleeping sofa not so comfortable, same w/ the small extra bed. Room table was wiggly. At peak times elevators very full. Lesser of a problem when your are at 32nd floor or above but people on lower floors were often unable to enter into the already full elevator. One of the 4 elevators was out of use as being upgraded. I enjoyed my stay and would rent it again.

Hawaiian Vacay gone horribly wrong!

I have stayed with Koko Resort many times prior to 2021. My family recently booked a condo at the Waikiki Banyan. They advertised this condo as recently renovated. It was a lie and they falsely overstated this unit. How can we say this? We stayed in this same unit in 2019. Check-in was easy. We got to the unit at 4:15pm. My husband and I were sitting on the couch relaxing with our shirts off from a 5+ hr long flight & my grandson already in the shower. A man opens the front door & walks in. Startled, we looked at each other and he apologies and walks straight to the room and pulls a phone charger from the wall. He said a previous tenant left their charger. I stated, why don't you knock first. He abruptly leaves. As my GrandSon gets out of the shower, he calls us in to show us that alongside the whole bathroom tub & wall was outlined with black mold and grime. I immediately start to call the contact number from our reservation booking info but no response. I left a message Wednesday evening 2x, no return call. As my husband & I sit at the dining table & place our drinks & food, the wood dining table starts to wobble & lean to one side. We look at the legs of the table and it seems uneven. Now we go to the kitchen to put our other drinks and fruits in the fridge however the refrigerator door is not able to open fully because the handle is on the right side of fridge where the left side is the wall. So in order to open the fridge, we had to slide fridge by window. Filthy floors
