PARKING
*IMPORTANT TO NOTE* Parking stall will no longer be available from 5/29/25 on. Paid street parking available in the surrounding area, as well as at Hawaiian Monarch building's parking garage across the street at 444 Niu St. Very limited free street parking also available on Ala Wai Blvd. *Before 5/29/25* property does include one free parking spot, however, it is not on the premises. The free parking spot is located in the Waikiki Landmark Tower across the street, less than 500 ft from the Kalakauan building. Please be aware of this when booking. Free parking is extremely hard to come by in Waikiki, but we wanted to be able to offer that to our guests. The alternative is very limited free street parking or paying about $40-50 ave. per night for parking. We hope you see this free parking spot as a benefit to booking. Mahalo!

Easy access to other attractions in the area, such as Ala Moana Beach Park, Ala Moana Center, Diamond Head Monument/Hike, Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, Waikiki Zoo, and Waikiki Aquarium.
