Very nice hotel, a few blocks from the middle of waikiki. 10 mins to the beach. Very clean, nice lobby, and free popcorn mid day. Good value for dollar.

2nd stay, easy street parking don’t sleep on it. Nice staff, water machine, free popcorn & coffee. Umbrellas and chairs available free. Great if you’re on a budget & don’t spend time in the room the whole trip.

The advertising pictures need to be updated since it shows a Keurig in the rooms. After walking 10 miles, getting into a whirl pool would have been great! As a VIP, thanks for upgrading the room however, we don’t drink so the wine was unopened. Staff was great and accompanied our request.

Very nice location, very walkable to everything. Comfortable rooms, with ac and great city view. Road below can be slightly noisy but not that bad. Enjoyed the water station and the free coffee , which was delicious. The cups for the coffee are terrible thou, leaked every time i had one and the sleeves dont fit the cup to help when holding the hot hot coffee. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and they appreciated the luggage storage for the day before we had to go to the airport.

I would stay here again. Very clean hotel with comfortable room. Good shower and close to so many things in Waikiki. Safe at night. Quality morning coffee and beautiful view of Waikiki! Friendly staff! Good value for what you get.

The coconut Hotel is in a good location just minutes away from everything from shopping dining and the beach. The Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. They were very knowledgeable of the area. They are a good asset to the team as well as the company. The hotel was very nice and clean. I will definitely be returning to stay with them.

We arrived way too early (6am) for check in time but were able to secure a room before 12pm. I mean that’s better than 3pm and the receptionist was sweet enough to give us a discount on early check in fee. Location is also convenient with convenience stores nearby.
