Wonderful unit, Right in the heart of Waikiki with amazing views, close to beach, shopping, bus stop, groceries, restaurants - practically everything. It’s all about location! Pros: Secure building, 180 degree view of Ocean and Mountains, updated unit with A/C, cute decor, lovely plush patio furniture, plenty of pillows and bath towels, comfy bed, lots of hooks to hang clothes/towels, 2 back-pack beach chairs Boogie board, onsite cafe and convenience store plus great communication with Host. Feedback: Door access code did not work, so we had to call for a new code from the Host. Neighbors can be noisy (which is expected in hotel/condos), so I always travel with a noise-machine and recommend one!! The sliding glass door is heavy and very loud when opening/closing as it bumps along the track. I highly recommend the entire building posts a “slide with care” sticker on every unit because it really is disruptive to those below you. Pool is not heated. No beach towels - bring your own!

Pros: Budget accommodation with a decent assortment of kitchen equipment. Location is alright and is near free parking, however you need good luck finding a spot, which can be several blocks away and make 10-20 minutes. Cons: The A/C was loud enough to have a negative effect on sleep. Shower was dirty with a slimy inner curtain that had spots and discoloration. Main floor area had not been cleaned. The fold out couch did not come with a sheet, only a blanket; couch also is not meant for anyone over 5’8” to fully recline

Great apartment! Gorgeous view! We enjoyed every morning and on that balcony, and sunsets! Breathtaking!Very responsible host, we were informed about everything way ahead before check in, great communication. Apartment has everything you need. Highly recommend!

Perfect for a Parent and Young Child

I stayed here with my 11 year old son and we had a wonderful experience overall. The room is on the smaller side, but it was actually perfect for just the two of us. We’d definitely love to come back again!Pros:・Fantastic location! We could watch the Hilton fireworks from the lanai on Friday night.・The kitchen was well-equipped, even with a rice cooker. Great for longer stays.・The pool was never crowded, and having laundry facilities on-site was super convenient.Cons:・The unit had a musty smell when we first arrived.We saw a cockroach during our stay, likely due to the age of the building.・Most of the beach gear on the lanai was broken and not usable.Still, the pros clearly outweighed the cons. It’s a cozy and convenient place for couple or mom& kid. Mahalo!

Central location with beautiful view

Clean apartment, central location, big balcony, nice communication with the host, very good stay!If you aren't lucky and don't get a free parking spot at the Ala Wai Canal, you have to pay 45 for 24 hours in the parking garage... a bit expensive but that's not the hosts fault. Overall I can fully recommend this room!

Appartement très bien situé à waikki . La climatisation est légèrement bruyante mais pas pour empêcher de dormir. Prévoir de prendre le stationnement intérieur payant 45 jours si vous avez une voiture de location. Un très beau spot!!Je le recommande fortement.

Disappointing first impression, unit appeared to have not been cleaned prior to our arrival (bed was not made and towels all over the unit) Due to our very late arrival we took care of cleaning it up and changing bedding so that we could get to sleep. In the morning I commented to the manager and cleaners were arranged for the early morning. By noon the unit was cleaned how it should have been right from the start. Very pleased with the communication and quick response to our concerns. Wishing our first impression had been better, but after the cleaning was taken care of the unit was great the rest of our time

Great location close to shops, restaurants, and beach

The location of the building was convenient, close to the main street of Honolulu but on a quieter street. Our suite faced the Canal, so it was quieter. The beach, restaurants and stores were only a couple of blocks away. Wonderful view as well. The only drawback was the air conditioner was noisy, so had to turn it off while sleeping. There were a couple of other foibles but they were addressed quickly by the management. Overall, I would recommend this property.

Great location, some issues w/ the unit

Overall stay was fine - the location makes it easy to enjoy a variety of activities on the island. The cons: We had requested an early check-in, but was understandably denied as it was a day-of request and they were cleaning the unit. However, we never received our door code after a long travel day, as they forgot to send it to us. After multiple calls/texts from the front desk and I, we were sent a code an hour after the original time. Once we got into the unit, there were dried eggs on the pans from the past guest and smudges along the bathroom mirror. It’s important to note that most tropical places have bugs, but it was concerning to find multiple baby cockroaches in the bathroom/kitchen.
