This was such an amazing stay. Great views. Friendly staff. Only thing Iʻd say is that itʻs a little hard to find cheap food unless you donʻt mind driving. It is located outside of the "main" parts of Waikiki, but we loved that aspect. Would 100% stay again

My 3rd time staying at Kaimana Beach Hotel. I had some issues on my door as it wouldn’t lock all the way, I have to push it hard it order for it to lock. TVs should be upgraded to smart TVs. Overall I still love this hotel as it’s beachfront and I really enjoyed and loved my early morning swims

Kaimana Beach Hotel is a great place to stay. It is located on a stretch of road that leads into private residences, as such, it is very quiet. This also makes this hotel furthest away from restaurants and coffee shops on Waikiki. The hotel and staff are great. The hotel restaurant and bar are also convenient if you don’t want to leave the property. The resort fee includes beach access, beach towels and chairs, as well as reef safe sunscreen.

Excellent location on the beach but just far enough from all the big hotels to be quiet and peaceful. Hau Tree restaurant very good food with friendly staff. Plan on renting a car(valet parking) or getting an Uber to go to Oahu attractions as nothing but Aquarium and Zoo are close.

I loved this hotel on a quiet end of Waikiki near Diamond Head. Laid back but clean with very nice, updated features and lovely products in the bathrooms. Great coffee shop and restaurant on site.

In love with the room, not a bad one. Stayed 3 separate times over the course of July 2026. The rooms have mini split AC units which will freeze you out in a good way (if you want it to). You can see the ocean/beach from the balcony of the east facing rooms, west facing is clear beach ocean views. Didn't frequent the bar, no pool needed as it sits literally on Kaimana Beach. Be careful of the undertow at that beach. I'll stay again next visit to Oahu.

Beautiful views and wonderful location! The mother & baby Monk Seal were below on the beach so thankfully the hotel had access for us at another beach. Everyone is so helpful and the property has the delicious Hau Tree Restaurant right at the beach.

Mark was super helpful And friendly at check in. The hotel is dated with some normal beach wear and tear but everything was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. I chose this hotel specifically because GPT said it has the best beach snorkeling in Waikiki. I found it just below average. Too many people (myself included) to keep good reef health, I suppose. The hotel had a great vibe and is in a neat location next to several giant parks which makes for great morning walking!

This hotel is amazing. They have everything - iron, coffee maker, towels, water, anything you need. It’s quiet, because it’s not in the center of a noisy Waikīkī. It’s beautiful, it’s comfortable. If only the sink could be inside of the bathroom and not outside it - would be the best. Cleaning everyday was great, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.
