Enjoy paradise views on the 30th floor (3002-B, E Komo Mai) in beautiful Waikiki beach. This studio condo is situated close to Convention Center, restaurants, family-friendly activities, the Ocean (minutes), and nightlife. out over the magnificent Ocean and Fort DeRussy park. This cozy studio is located a short 10min walk to Waikiki beach and Convention Center. The view is all ocean with the Waikiki landscape to explore conveniently. There is a salt water pool/BBQ, Jacuzzi, laundry room (no cash), optional car rental in lobby, convenience store, espresso cafe pastries, pizza, great restaurants (Cream Pot). This is a privately owned and managed condominium to ease your mind that all your needs will be attended to kindly and professionally. This Hawaiian Monarch 230 sqft unit includes, Queen bed, & dresser, kitchenette, new A/C, flat screen TV-ROKU Express 4K+device; WIFI FREE included, and bistro table/stools for two. Cleanliness is a must and we are dedicated to making your stay fantastic! This island decor condo is located a short 10min walk to Waikiki beach. All basics plus coffeemaker, hot water kettle, mini Refrigerator, portable fan and A/C unit. Shower tub with installed spa dispensers for Shampoo/conditioner and Body wash.This high floor unit is constantly being upgraded and well kept.
-Providing each guest 1 set; bath, hand & wash towels, Beach towels and linens.
-The building is 24/7 security controlled in all areas for your peace of mind.
-Parking is not included in booking. The building has garage (Park a Lot) which is $50 per 24hrs; $10 for first 2hours, then $6 for every hour after. Several side streets offer parking based on select hours and 24/7 parking on Ala Wai Blvd if available.
If you rent in building then rates are discounted inquiry with rental agency.
This condo is for the keen value conscious traveler who wants to stay in a clean always being upgraded studio with magnificent views. This location is close to many activities. Ocean views, with location a perfect combo! Aloha in Paradise!

Total Value

The studio was clean and well stocked. The view was wonderful and the location with parking made traveling around the island very easy. Nice pool/ hot tub with grilling area. Shops on the property were really convenient. Very kind staff and lots of security made it feel very safe. Would absolutely book again!

Lovely

Great place, little small for our 3 person ʻohana BUT the area was great. Parking is limited but we did luck out during our weekend getaway and got street parking! We had a great time, Mahalo for a great weekend (:

Excellent location, very clean, great view

This condo is in an excellent location, was very clean and has a great view facing the ocean. Communication with Eva the host was clear and efficient. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Overall this is a great property. The location is great and the ocean view is amazing. There was great communication from the property owner leading up to and throughout our stay. Our only suggestion is a new mattress, as the current one was not comfortable for us.

7 day stay

We stayed at the property for 7 days and enjoyed it so much. It had everything we needed, so easy to get around and very grateful for Eva to accommodate special request. The only slight challenge was the bed, my husband is 6’3” so he was a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, we loved our stay and definitely recommend.

Fabulous Ocean View

I really loved this little studio with a great ocean view and convenient location. You can walk to anywhere in minutes. The salt water pool is really nice. Would stay again for sure. Eva is very nice and there to help!

Good location but needs some updating

Close to shops, restaurants and the beach but the unit needs some updating and a bigger fan for cooling. When using more than one electric item the breaker would trip because everything is plugged in to the same outlet which was annoying. If you only plan on sleeping there, it is a good choice for 2 people.

Amazing visit to the island

Short getaway nice location and great views

Took a last min trip away from the cold of Alaska and the other states. Didnt scoll to much threw vebo and found this gem!! Nice area quiet and location cant beat rhe views and also the host is easy to communicate with thank you ill keep this place in mind for other future trips here to hawaii THANK YOU

Anniversary Vacation

We had plenty to do and the option of privacy as wanted we went to a luau, visited Pearl Harbor, drove to the mountains and stayed in the condo for a full day and night. It was a great place to experience Hawaii

Stunning view

Eva made everything easy, instructions for checkin were simple and effortless. The unit was very clean and we were very comfortable. The view was the best of the all, cityscape plus the ocean and we were able to see the fireworks on Friday night. The pool area was our favorite, again clean and well kept up. It is an older building and not modernized but for the price it was perfect.

Perfect stay

We enjoyed the cleanliness of the studio apartment, security (need "key" to access the apartment's floor as well as the double entry into the apartment), parking availability ($40/day if paying for multiple days) and responsiveness to our many questions by Eve (she was quick to respond and very cordial) during our stay. The instructions on how to check in and out of the apartment as well as other facets of the apartment building that we received in an email were detailed and clear. Access to the freeway eastbound and westbound was easy to find. There's a minimart on the lower level of the apartment that's open for long hours - that's where we purchased laundry detergent and dryer sheets to do our laundry. There's a 7-eleven on the same block that we frequented for good local foods. There was also about 20 food booths/trucks across the street that had looked good and seemed to be quite popular during the evening hours. We enjoyed the strolls along Kalakaua Avenue during the early evening hours as well as several blocks on Ala Moana Boulevard to get in some exercise as well as check out the stores and eateries along the walk. The apartment is located on the Ala Moana side of Waikiki so the traffic is way less congested than in the middle of Waikiki. Overall, we (my wife and I) thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Great view

Compact apartment with everything you need. Easy parking for a fee. Split lifts for certain floors so not waiting or stopping at every level. The apartment is aged along with most accommodation in Hawaii. However, they have supplied what you need and its layed out to maximise the space. The view is great and watched part of the Hyatt Friday night fireworks. Exceptional value for money. Good and easy communication with owner.
