"Staff was incredibly friendly. Location is great. Hot tub was not working. They did fix it 2 days before we checked out but it was not very warm. Some guests were playing very load music by pool and we had to make a formal complaint to security as attendant at pool wasn’t helpful. Over all a wonderful stay and would book again"

"Room was clean & comfortable, with lots of hot water. The airport shuttle was very convenient. It would have been nice to have the shuttle go to & from the cruise ship port, as well as the airport, given the mandatory “Resort Fee” that is ostensibly for those amenities."

"Very good trip, very good hotel in spa. Just some of the in conveniences of fees for hotel, even if you don't get the towels or not, towels still charge a 20 bucks for that plus to 55 every day. Other than that was great"
