Perfect budget hotel, walking distance to the beach and kind staff. You don’t come to Hawaii to spend all day in your hotel room and have all the luxuries of a high end hotel. You come for the beach, the views, and everything Hawaii has to offer. We would come back to this hotel again. Beach towel service was such a huge plus for us.

The location of this hotel is perfect, walking distance from the beach and all the shops. The rooms, especially the bathrooms were pretty dated and some corners could definitely have used a little more cleaning and repairs. Overall if you care most about location (which we did) this is great and the pool is great!

This is an older hotel which is why we booked it. Been locally owned since the 1950’s. But we loved everything about it. From the local Hawaiian atmosphere to the old dishes used in our kitchenette to the local Hawaiian music played in the lobby on Wednesday nights. It was perfect. Noisy because the street in front is so busy and the doors and windows are older so they don’t keep out much of the noise. I turned on white noise on my phone and that helped but I would recommend earplugs.
