We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Imperial Hawaii Resort. We stayed in the Pam Suite and once we configured it for us, it worked perfectly. The staff (front desk, valet, housekeeping) was amazing and the rooms were clean. Enjoyed the amenities (ukulele lesson) and loved the proximity to the beach, shops, and heart of Waikiki.

Great location, nothing is quiet in the city. Staff very helpful & friendly. We arrived very early before check in and were about to sit down rest, get changed and refreshed even through our room was ready. We did get an earlier check in about 2:30pm so that was awesome. Building is showing its age but is clean and functional.

The only set back was the elevators. This is more related to convenience and not the hotel overall. Had to wait longer than usual for an elevator, but nothing that caused a huge inconvenience.
