"The room was very clean and the cleaning staff was excellent. I did not appreciate the pool being closed to myself and others for a special event. I paid a very good price for the extra amenities and I didn't appreciate being turned away. Also, the small bar closed one afternoon for another special event. I did not appreciate being turned away once again. Also, the surprise extra fee was never disclosed and extremely not good. I would never stay there again."

The Twin Fin Hotel

"We had a good week at the Twin Fin. We changed rooms after the first night as the first suite was super noisy from a construction site on the other side of the street. The staff helped professionally with the room change and we appreciate the quick fix. The Hotel is old so don’t expect a perfectly tidy room with the newest furniture. They putting much effort keeping everything going and nice looking but you will find the mold pushing through all the corners in bathroom. The beds are too soft for my opinion and I liked the harder beds at the Waikiki Resort more. Kids had a blast and if you are looking for an affordable spot to stay with small kids I can recommend it. But it’s not comparable with a luxurious Hotel and it is not the best place if you like shopping and lots of food options. It is super close to the zoo and to shallow water with palm trees."

"Loved everything about our stay. Only this we were disappointed in was the buffet breakfast, not having pancakes or waffles or French toast. Bread pudding was not great. Lots of bacon and sausage was the savior but paying around 100.00 for just bacon and fruit, was not worth the money"
