***PLEASE NOTE:
ELEVATOR REPLACEMENT:
From April 22, 2024, all elevators at Waikiki Banyan will undergo complete replacement. Each tower will have 1 elevator replaced at a time. During this period, there will be 3 elevators in operation instead of 4, leading to potentially longer wait times. The project is anticipated to be completed by June 2025.

DECK RENOVATION NOTICE:
The building's recreation deck on the 6th floor, including the pool and BBQ, will be closed for renovation starting April 7th, with work expected to continue for approximately one year. Rates have already been discounted accordingly to reflect the temporary loss of these amenities. During this time, there may be noise in and around the recreation deck area.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to improve our amenities.***

THE BUILDING:
• There is a coffee shop on the ground floor next to the elevators in Tower 1
• There is a convenience store on the ground floor next to the elevators in Tower 1
• There is a coin machine on the ground floor next to the security office in Tower 2

HOW TO GET HERE:
From Honolulu Airport, it is just a 20-minute drive from your destination. Rent a car to explore or grab a taxi for around $45, depending on traffic. Look for signs on the way to the taxi area upon arrival. Enjoy your trip!

CHECK-IN/ CHECKOUT:
Check-in: any time after 3:00 PM
Check out: any time before or at 10:00 AM

Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we're unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you'd like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we'd suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.

HOUSEKEEPING:
Our professional housekeeping team has strict procedures and checklists to guarantee constant quality across all our properties. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned with scent-free detergent and high-temperature washing (180F). Our trained inspectors also check everything before each arrival.

The cleaning fee includes all of the services listed above and restocking for amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.

LINENS & TOWELS:
You will receive one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and blankets are in the closet.

BEACH ESSENTIALS:
We've got beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella ready for you in the unit so you can enjoy some fun in the sun. If you'd like a beach mat or snorkeling gear, just let us know—we're happy to provide them upon request!

LAUNDRY ROOMS:
There are laundry rooms on each floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit. There is a coin change machine next to the lobby in Tower 2. Laundry room hours are from 8 am-10 pm daily.

TRASH ROOM:
Trash rooms are located at the end of each floor, next to the emergency exit.

Experience even greater savings! Reach out to us when planning a stay of 30 nights or more and enjoy a 10% discount on your total room fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Travelers who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses as well. This room provides a lot for those looking for a great value in the Waikiki area. This room was in a centrally located near beaches, parks, and great food. The room was as expected and offered a lot of in room amenities and a cool shared space with a large pool and two hot tub options. Communication with property manager was really great. Had an incredible stay! A perfect resting place for us to adventure out in Waikiki and the island of Oah’u. The unit was exactly as advertised and met all our expectations. Unit was well equipped. Beach chairs and cooler bag were a great touch. Short distance to Waikiki beach and easy access to highway. Would definitely stay here again.

Very professional and accommodating! We originally booked another room but it ran into water issues. They were very professional in handling the situation and accommodating towards our relocation into another wonderful room! The unit itself is clean and updated. It has all the amenities you need and some extra, even has a vacuum in the unit. The flooring is all tiled so there’s no worry about dirty, dingy carpet. We would definitely stay at this particular unit again.

Only negatives were the neighborhood can be a little loud first thing in the morning and they were replacing hallway carpeting. Other than that this is a great little condo and would stay again.

The condo is in a good location. Unit was on the small side and not really a 1 BR as the sliding doors don’t block out any noise but the price was fair. Nice that parking is included. Elevators are outdated and super slow.

Impressed mountain view. Actually I booked a room with ocean view but I was switched to the Mountain View room due to the previous room has piping flooding issue. Fortunately the room is very nice, cleaning, organizing, and convenient. There are enough supplies in this room, such as, towels, bedding, bathroom supplies, and kitchen supplies. This is very good vacation room.
