CANCELLATION POLICY: - Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. - After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
NOTE: This is a privately owned unit and independently managed by Vacation Rentals Waikiki. Thus we can add more of a personal touch to our guest relations. At the same time, having no daily scheduled housekeeping services, we graciously ask that you help us in our endeavors to preserve our beautiful environment here in Hawaii. We encourage the reuse of towels by hanging them to dry and limit waste of toiletry items. Regardless, if more towels or toiletry items are needed we can provide them at a reasonable extra charge.
